NYC impound cars must go through a salvage inspection process in order to get the title. This has been done and a new title issued that has on it "Rebuilt Salvage/NY". This is NOT an insurance written off car! It is ready to be registered and driven. I will show you pictures of the vehicle as taken by the auction facility so you can see the condition it was in when impounded.
I also have a Carfax and "Bill of Sale" from the NYC Property Roomon it stamped "NYS DMV Salvage examination required to Register/Title vehicle" AGAIN this process has been done and a new title issued. This has been done and a new title was issued that has on it "Rebuilt Salvage/NY".
