Joe V. was very knowledgeable and so helpful. I visited the service department 3 different times and he worked on my radio/navigation system. Finally we found it could NOT be fixed. He ordered the radio/nag and set up everything for me. I'm not real smart at the set ups and he fixed everything and never made me feel stupid. Service like this is remarkable.
