In order to draw traffic to us we price our vehicles very aggressively! BUT our prices are real. We don't use rebates that most don't qualify for, like military/college graduate, in order to bait and switch to come into our stores.
The biggest compliment: We often hear from customers that they were told "there's no way Irwin's will sell a vehicle for that" as they don't know what else to say when our low prices are brought up. In 6 years using this strategy, low overhead and aggressive pricing, we've gone from selling 125 vehicles per month to 500+ per month with more than 90+ per month out of state!
